KALAU dah rezeki pasti tak ke mana. Belum habis rasanya penat travel, aku dihubungi pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang. Tawaran yang sukar aku tolak pastinya. Untuk hosting Festival Filem Malaysia. Yessss....alhamdulillah. Ni la namanya kalau dah rezeki tak ke mana.

Petang tadi aku ke pejabat YB Danny untuk sesi taklimat tentang program besok, nyatanya aku teramatlah neves uols kerna lost of changes dalam program nak dibuat, itupun nak difinalise esok pas solat Jumaat sedangkan program start at 3pm. Errmm part ni yang aku lomah skit ni tapi wat wat bagus je la kan, nama pun bidan terjun. There will be 3 host include myself tomorrow, each of us ada part memasing yang nak handle.

We are very pleased to announce the 24th Festival Filem Malaysia will be coming to our beautiful island Penang for their “Siri Jelajah Festival Filem 24”.

The date of the event is 16th of September 2011, at Padang Kota Lama. We will be welcoming many local artists and talents. Some of the names includes Rosyam Nor, Sham Shaheizly, Lisa Surihani, Farid Kamil, Yana Samsudin, Norman and Yusri KRU and many more. Also includes some film producers and directors such as Aziz M Osman and K Rahman.

They are here to promote their movies that have been nominated for the award ceremony. This year the festival has received the most number of nominations. 51 feature films including in Chinese and Tamil, 7 animation films and 24 short film will be nominated this year.

Penang State is extremely supportive of local art and culture, and the Malaysian film industry is a big part of this. Like Penang, the local film industry has a long and rich history and heritage. In order for this heritage to be sustainable, we must lend our support towards any initiatives from the film industry, such as the Festival Filem. We hope that Penang-ites will take this opportunity to meet their favourite artists and get to know them.
